Refund, Cancellation & Billing Policy

1. General Policy — All Sales Are Final
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS.
So I Met a Porn Star ♥ with Eve Lawrence offers free casting applications and optional paid application review, profile enhancement, and promotional services.
All purchases of optional services are final and nonrefundable, except where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the service description, pricing, and applicable terms before submitting payment.
A change of mind, withdrawal of a casting application, or failure to be selected for the series does not entitle a purchaser to a refund for services delivered as described.
Nothing in this Policy limits nonwaivable consumer protections, rights concerning unauthorized transactions, or remedies for services that are not delivered as promised.
2. Free Casting Applications
Submitting a standard casting application is completely free.
Purchasing an optional service is never required to submit an application or receive casting consideration.
Optional purchases do not guarantee casting selection, interviews, dates, romantic relationships, filming, employment, compensation, or participation in the series.
3. Priority Application Review
Price: $19.99
Priority Application Review is an optional paid application-review service offering the specific enhanced review benefits described at the time of purchase.
Once delivered as described, the service is nonrefundable, except as required by applicable law.
Priority Review does not guarantee an interview, personal response, casting selection, or participation.
4. VIP Profile Enhancement
Price: $49.99
VIP Profile Enhancement is an optional paid service providing the permanent profile enhancements expressly described at the time of purchase, subject to the continued operation of the Platform and applicable service terms.
VIP upgrades are nonrefundable once delivered as described, except as required by applicable law.
VIP status does not guarantee casting selection, personal contact, interviews, dates, filming, or participation.
Applicants who have already purchased Priority may be eligible for a Priority-to-VIP upgrade for $30.00, as described at checkout.
5. Featured Profile / Content Boosts
Available boost purchases include:
- Single Content Boost Credit: $4.99
- Five Content Boost Credits: $19.99
Each successfully activated Content Boost uses one credit and provides a 24-hour featured-profile placement benefit within the designated private casting-review environment, as described in the applicable offer.
Casting applicant profiles are not publicly displayed.
An activated boost expires automatically at the end of its stated duration. Only one boost may be active on an applicant’s profile at a time.
Unused purchased credits remain associated with the applicant’s account while valid under the applicable purchase terms.
Content Boost purchases, including unused credits, are final and nonrefundable except where required by applicable law.
Content Boosts do not guarantee a particular number of views, interactions, responses, or casting outcomes.
If a purchased boost cannot be delivered as described, applicable rights and remedies remain available.
6. Billing and Payment Authorization
All prices are displayed in United States dollars unless otherwise indicated.
The final amount payable, including any applicable taxes or fees, will be displayed before an order is completed.
By submitting payment, you authorize the applicable one-time charge for the services selected.
Purchasers agree to provide accurate payment and billing information and confirm that they are authorized to use the chosen payment method.
Payments are processed through authorized third-party payment service providers using their applicable security and transaction procedures.
We do not intentionally collect or store full payment card details on the casting website.
7. No Recurring Charges or Automatic Renewals
Priority Application Review, VIP Profile Enhancement, and Content Boost purchases are one-time purchases.
They do not create a subscription, recurring membership charge, or automatic renewal unless a separate recurring service is expressly offered and accepted.
No additional purchase will be made automatically when a Content Boost expires or an applicant’s credits are exhausted.
Any future subscription service will require clear advance disclosure of its price, billing frequency, renewal terms, and cancellation procedure.
8. Cancellation of Applications and Accounts
Applicants may voluntarily withdraw a casting application or request account deletion.
Cancellation or withdrawal does not automatically reverse a completed purchase or establish a refund entitlement for services already delivered.
Requests to cancel an application do not automatically cancel unrelated services or transactions.
Account deletion requests are handled according to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
If an applicant has unused purchased services or credits when requesting deletion, we will explain the consequences and address any legally required remedies before finalizing the request.
9. Service Delivery Issues
We intend to deliver optional paid services in accordance with the descriptions presented at purchase.
If a technical problem, service failure, or other issue prevents a purchased service from being delivered as described, customers should contact customer support.
We may correct the issue, complete the service, restore eligible credits, or provide another appropriate remedy.
Refunds or other remedies will be provided where required by applicable law.
Our final-sale policy does not eliminate legal remedies for materially misrepresented, undelivered, or otherwise nonconforming services.
10. Unauthorized Charges and Billing Errors
If you believe that a payment was unauthorized, duplicated, incorrectly calculated, or otherwise contains an error, please contact customer support promptly.
Include the order number, transaction date, and relevant details so that we can investigate.
We will review qualifying concerns and respond in accordance with applicable law.
This Policy does not limit statutory rights related to unauthorized payments, billing errors, or payment disputes.
11. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

Customers retain any rights available through their financial institution, payment service provider, or applicable law.

ALL OPTIONAL PAID SERVICES ARE SEPARATE FROM CASTING SELECTION.
Payment for Priority Review, VIP Profile Enhancement, Content Boosts, or other optional services does not guarantee:
- A casting interview or personal response.
- A date or romantic interaction.
- Selection for the series.
- Filming or production participation.
- Employment, compensation, or representation.
- Any particular casting decision or outcome.
Nonselection does not create a refund entitlement where the purchased service was delivered as described.
13. Changes to Prices, Services, or Policies
We may modify prices, service offerings, or this Policy for future purchases.
Changes will not retroactively alter the agreed price or remove legally protected rights associated with completed purchases.
The current version of this Policy will identify its effective date.
