These Casting Terms & Conditions govern the use of our casting website at https://casting.soimetapornstar.com/, including casting registration, application profiles, applicant dashboards, optional paid profile services, and related features.
By registering, submitting an application, using the Platform, or purchasing optional services, you agree to these Terms and our applicable Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy.
If you do not agree, do not submit an application or purchase services.
2. Age and Eligibility
The casting Platform is intended exclusively for individuals who are at least 18 years old.
By registering or applying, you represent that:
You are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into an agreement.
You provide accurate and current information.
You have the right to submit any photographs, videos, social media links, and other materials included in your application.
Your participation and use of the Platform comply with applicable laws.
We may request reasonable age or identity verification where necessary. Failure to provide requested verification may result in application rejection or account restrictions.

3. Free Casting Applications
Submitting a standard casting application is free.
Applicants may create an account, submit their information, and be considered for available opportunities without purchasing any optional services.
We retain discretion over the evaluation of casting applications, subject to applicable law.
Submitting an application does not create an employment relationship, talent representation agreement, romantic relationship, or entitlement to participate in any production.
4. Optional Paid Application and Profile Services
Applicants may elect to purchase optional services, including:
Priority Application Review
An enhanced application review service, subject to the specific scope and delivery conditions described on the purchase page.
VIP Profile Enhancement
An enhanced applicant profile service that may include additional presentation or profile features expressly described at checkout.
Featured Profile / Content Boost
A time-limited promotional placement service designed to increase the visibility of an eligible applicant profile within the designated featured-profile area or feature, when available.
Individual service descriptions, prices, durations, eligibility conditions, and limitations are presented before purchase.
These services are optional. A standard free application remains available without any paid purchase.
5. No Guarantee of Casting Selection
Purchasing Priority Review, VIP Profile Enhancement, Featured Profile / Content Boost, or any other optional service does not guarantee casting selection, interviews, dates, romantic relationships, filming, employment, compensation, or participation in the series.
Paid services provide only the specific review, profile enhancement, or promotional benefits described at the time of purchase.
Payment does not constitute an offer of participation or create preferential entitlement to a personal or romantic interaction with Eve Lawrence or anyone associated with the Platform.
6. Content Boost Credits and Expiration
Where Content Boost credits are offered, eligible applicants may purchase or receive credits for use on their own casting profiles.
Unless otherwise specified in the applicable offer:
One activated boost provides up to 24 hours of the stated featured-profile promotional placement.
A boost credit is consumed when a valid activation is completed.
Only one boost may be active on a profile at a time.
An active boost expires at the conclusion of its stated duration.
Additional credits remain subject to the terms disclosed when acquired.
A Content Boost is a promotional service, not a promise of a particular number of views, interactions, responses, or casting outcomes.
Availability and service delivery are subject to the Platform’s published service terms and applicable consumer rights. If a paid feature cannot be delivered as described, we will address the issue under our Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law.
7. Applicant Profiles and Submitted Materials
Applicants are responsible for ensuring that submitted information is accurate, appropriate, and current.
By submitting materials, you grant us a nonexclusive, limited license to store, reproduce, display internally, and review those materials for application processing, profile administration, eligibility assessment, and delivery of any profile-display services you authorize.
You retain ownership of your original content.
This agreement does not by itself grant us unlimited rights to commercially exploit an applicant’s name, likeness, voice, photographs, or submitted materials in a television series, advertising campaign, or other production.
Any additional production, publicity, or appearance rights must be addressed in a separate agreement where applicable.
Do not submit material depicting minors in a sexual context, unlawful content, impersonations, or material that violates another person’s rights.
8. Casting Review and Communication
Casting applications may be reviewed, placed under consideration, declined, or selected for additional screening.
We may contact applicants for clarification, verification, interviews, or additional information. Applicants are not required to purchase optional services to receive consideration.
Account activation or approval is separate from casting selection. An approved account does not mean an applicant has been accepted into the production.
9. Applicant Conduct and Platform Safety
You agree not to:
Provide false or misleading identity or application information.
Harass, threaten, exploit, or impersonate another person.
Upload unlawful, unauthorized, or infringing materials.
Attempt to access another applicant’s private information or account.
Manipulate application rankings, boost credits, payments, or Platform systems.
Use the Platform for unauthorized solicitation or unlawful activities.
We may investigate reported misconduct and restrict access where justified, consistent with applicable law.
10. Purchases, Billing and Refunds
Prices and material purchase conditions will be disclosed before payment.
Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, optional upgrades and boost-credit purchases are one-time transactions and do not automatically renew.
Refund requests, cancellations, undelivered services, unused credits, and billing concerns are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms eliminates consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
11. Privacy and Personal Information
We collect and process information submitted through casting applications and applicant accounts as described in our Privacy Policy.
Applicants should avoid submitting sensitive personal information that has not been specifically requested and is not necessary for the application process.
12. Account Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for material violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, security concerns, or other lawful reasons.
Where paid services are affected by suspension or termination, any applicable refunds or remedies will be evaluated in accordance with the purchase terms and applicable law.
Applicants may request account assistance or deletion through our published support channel, subject to applicable record-retention obligations.
13. Changes to Services or Terms
We may update these Terms or modify Platform features when reasonably necessary.
Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law. Updated Terms will identify their effective date.
Changes will not retroactively eliminate rights associated with completed purchases where prohibited by law.
14. No Obligation to Participate
An application, communication, interview, invitation, or preliminary selection does not obligate an applicant to participate in a production.
Any actual production participation, filming obligations, compensation, releases, or publicity rights will be addressed separately where applicable.
15. Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by applicable United States law and, where legally permissible, the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that may apply elsewhere.
